Ed002, would you mind giving your view on rumours in the last 24 hours (Mainly in the Echo, which may be damning in itself! ) that we are interested in Morten Frendrup?
A couple of months ago you listed him as a potential but 3-4 weeks ago you said he was a no.
Is there any mileage in the rumour that you can see from your contacts in the industry?

{Ed002's Note - Morten Frendrup (CM/DM) Versatile midfield player that Juventus are keen to sign, but not first choice. Noted by Spurs when scouting Radu Dragusin. Would be an alternate to Thuram or Manu Kone for Liverpool and they did have a well respected exPL player and high-end scout at the game against Inter at the end of December - so perhaps something has come of that. Crystal Palace, Aston Villa and West Ham have sent scouts and both would be interested at the right price. West Ham do not value the player at price that would interest Genoa who have no real interest in selling, but they have held talks with Galatasaray who see him as an alternate to Partey.}
