Credit to ya Ed002 from day one you stated that Liverpool should be going for Chiesa and that now looks likely.
If you could now also state Liverpool should be going for Inacio that would be greatly appreciated ?.

My feel is that only Jota and Gakpo has 0 chance leaving.
I wonder if people would be happy if following Chisea, Liverpool sell Salah to Saudi? Say for 100M?
OR Nunez say at 50M to whoever？.

I get the feeling that Diaz is going to get his wish for Spain.
Salah is still an untouchable for me. And if I put aside what we paid for Nunez, I'd still keep him in the team because maybe with more efficient guidance, he can learn to stay onside and hit the nets and not the woodwork.

Sometimes players just need a change of scenery to kick start their careers again. Let’s hope this is just that for Chiesa.
As for selling someone, I’d be disappointed to lose any of our forward players I think they all have potent but different attributes and we can use all of them.

Haven’t a considerable number of people on here been looking for back-up for Mo for years? I believe Chiesa is comfortable playing on both the right and left side?
As an aside we got £25m for Carvalho who looks like a good player in the Championship and we are paying £11-12m for a 26 year old who has 51 caps for Italy. I assume that (at least some of) the pitchforks have been put back in the garden shed?

10 million pounds transfer fee and 120k pw salary how is it obligatory for the club to sell anyone? The season is long and Chiesa himself should not be overexposed after that injury.

Aray, agree that we can keep Nunez.
For me, it should be between Diaz and Gakpo.
But if Mo is not extending his contract, it might just be time to say goodbye. Notwithstanding, he by far is the most impactful Liverpool player during the premier league era, as close to or maybe even surpass Gerrard.

If Nunez can't stay on side or take chances in the bigger games at this stage, Im not convinced that composure and techniqe can be entrained. He has the power, the work ethic, pace and skill, but does he have the temperament and intelligence to level up?

Chiesa is a clever buy - that's being opportunistic with minimal risk! A different player to Salah, more direct and his stats for crossing compared to Salah, Diaz and Gapko are much higher. I do wonder if Chiesa has been bought in to help transform Nunez. Regardless, he will add a different dimension to Slot's team.

If any of the 5 are in danger of going, I'd say Gakpo after last seasons dross (not his fault but Diaz is better than him on left) But personally wouldn't want any to go.
