I hope that's exactly what happens. But Frimpong is under contract until 2028, according to what I've read, unlike Trent.
A friend of mine who works with Trent's dad saw him on Sunday. He usually tells him the true state of play regarding TAA. Waiting to hear if he has anything to report.

WDW: it is one scenario but not one of two, as you had posted earlier.
For example, Trent could decide to go and play for Man City when his contract expires. Or PSG. Or take the Saudi petro-dollar. Unlikely, I know but all scenarios.
Hence the earlier posters “outcome” correction.

@StE, I take your point but given you / we don’t know the situation the multiple scenarios are just speculation. As it stands from the point of view of fans of the club there are only two scenarios - TAA plays at Liverpool next season, or he doesn’t. Just my view of the world.
