Ed 002, if/ when Mo leaves, is Kudus someone we would be interested in?
{Ed002's Note - Mohammed Kudus (AM) West Ham are not looking to sell but an offer over £70M could tempt them and the player is open to moving on. Is of interest to Michael Emanalo. I am not aware of Liverpool showing any interest but Arsenal have declared an interest and could make a move for him as early as January.}

Said it for a while now, Kudus would be an excellent choice to replace Salah if he were to leave but won’t come cheap.
I also think Bowen would be a great signing, his consistency is excellent but he is prob too old now for anyone in the top 4 to spend £70-80m on!

Arsenal constantly seem to be in the market for RWs - given they have Saka makes no sense to me. Should have just bought a CF two years ago now if they want to win something.

Kudus is an excellent player and would fit in very well at Liverpool and speaks very highly of his former Ajax coach, our very own Johnny Heitinga.
He's got the attributes Sadio Mane had, but is left-footed. Similar age to when Sadio joined us too.
He's no Salah replacement, but nobody can be.
Bowen's time for a big move has passed now and I think Mbeumo is a good player, but probably not quite got the ceiling Kudus does.

When Mo leaves I don't necessarily think Arne will look for a like for like replacement. Kudus is versatile, can play wide right, attacking midfield and centre forward. Diaz can also cover wide right. I'd much prefer Kudus over Bakayoko.

Kudus over Mbuemo all day long, Mbuemo fits a counter attacking team only imo, a quick player who works hard but that's about it, very limited dribbling and loses the ball a lot under pressure. People are blinded by his purple patch in front of goal but if you watch 3 or 4 full games you'll get what i mean. Semenyo of Bournemouth is a much better player than Mbuemo imo but is a LW. i am not an expert though so if the club think Mbuemo is the one he'll get my full support.

Random thought was with being linked with marmoush who is a high scoring LW was that get a regular scoring rw to maybe trying to spread goal burden - as don’t just get players that rack up those goals Mo does…though would mean moving on of current Lw which not vying for but none get regular high numbers. Pure head cannon though and imagine miles off the mark.

Nowhere near good enough for Liverpool and that price quoted is ridiculous. A very inconsistent player with no notable good attributes and his petulant sending off the other week shows he is also brainless. No thanks.

Hoovering up everyone’s rejects will only work for so long they have a poor squad except for Saka and Saliba maybe why they cheat throughout every match.

Arsenal have just Saka out there though. I reckon they move on Jesus and Trossard and bring in someone for each of the 3 forward roles. Saka and a new striker/ LW then say Kudus Havertz and Martinelli as cover.
