A poster here said that it was a housing agent who sells expensive houses in the area, and who is responsible for brokering a property for a player moving to lfc. He hasn't revealed who the player is, obviously, but news will come out at the end of the season. If you do a search you'll find the original post, I might be remembering the details wrong.

The deal didn't happen as Diaz didn't leave and there was no space for Gordon, but it came close.
