As Robbo said yesterday, talks are set to take place between Isak and Newcastle. I've been told its tomorrow not today tho and he is expected to hand in a transfer request. Once the Isak situation is resolved, they will move for Jackson. They are advancing on a £40m deal for Wissa as well. Things are slowly starting to fall into place.
Talks between LFC and Palace reps were set for before the game, Guehi and Wharton will be discussed. With the latter being looked at for next summer.
Giovani "YLFP" Leoni, talks will continue this week for him. With the club being hopeful of a quick resolution. On YLFP, if he signs and if his song ain't done like WOW's lyrics to the Village Peoples Young Man, I will be sorely disappointed ?.

Richard1, we've been told weeks ago this deal will take time. Newcastle are trying to sign replacements. They will, and even from everyone not in the know its pretty obvious Isak wants out and Newcastle will only keep him if they can't get someone in. They are in a difficult position but id be very surprised if they don't buy a forward or 2 and its all sorted. And as much as we've invested this summer I think with the players we have lost we need a cb and a striker or forward capable of playing along the front 3.

Richard / Dick - there are many reasons why Isak is as good as nailed on, but if it did fall through (these things happen), then they’ll go for Barcola or AN Other.
Primary reason - we have one centre forward going into a ~55-60 match season. Will be addressed.

Wharton was class today, but he was up against a poor midfield, plus 2nd half we didn't have much of a midfield, that's where lost the game, plus the subs Endo and Elliot actually made us worse,
