Ah the old ‘so long as we’re at the table’ deal. Liverpool seem to do a fair bit of transfer business like this these days. Makes sense if you can move a player on and bring one in at the same time (not that that is guaranteed in this instance of course)

Carra, just to add. I see that Ornstein has reported (and this was echoed by Alex Crook on talksport this morning that Isak has said he will not play for Newcastle again. even if Newcastle don't sanction a move!

Not seeing how we are short up top of he goes. Hugo, Salah, Gakpo, Rio as cover, well reported that Isak is still likely and Frimpong can play RW, Wirtz can play LW.
Rather than Fofana I would like to see a right sided player come in to really push and eventually replace Salah. Other Doak we don't really have another out and out RW, likely why a lot of people want to see him stay.
