From what I've been told regarding SOLFP is that he doesn't want to stay at Palace, he wants the move to Liverpool.
Palace want money for him this window, to protect his value and so he doesn't leave on a free, personal terms have been agreed with him and Liverpool, that is no issue at all, an agreement was made in principle between palace and Liverpool for a deal worth £30m - £35m with potential add ons, but Palace are looking for a few more teams to join the table, But SOLFP wants only Liverpool.
so in my professional opinion, he will sign, may just drag on for a couple of days maybe.
