I'm hearing Sheyi Ojo has signed, on loan, for Derby? I can't find any confirmation though. Has any Ed heard anything?

{Ed002's Note - Certainly they are one of the interested sides, I am not aware of him actually signing - but it doesn't mean he hasn't.}

Hey, sorry to have a moan but I really don't like the fact that people feel it's acceptable to put Hodgson down based on his speech impediment. I've seen numerous posts, from eds too, condemning the use of 'Woy' in reference to him but it's turned up in today's poll question. Shall we start hunting down those with mental illnesses and we'll start calling them 'the mentals?' I thought the eds on this site were above all this name calling. Obviously I was wrong.

I loved Couts during his time at Liverpool. However, I wouldn't be happy if we were to take him back. I just think for the price we could do better in terms of signing a player that would fit Klopps system. For me, id go all out to sign Son from Spurs. I don't think they'd sell unfortunately. And Levy isn't exactly a dream to deal with either.

I'm not convinced on Wilson. He looks good in parts for Derby but there are times he just doesn't show up. In my opinion, he's not good enough for Liverpool at present. Whether a bit of Klopps positivity and inspiration might push him along a bit remains to be seen. I've been to 10/ 12 Derby games this season in which he's featured. He's played better than ok in maybe 3 or 4 of them. Other than that sweet left peg, I just don't see why all the hype at the moment.

I, personally, look forward to the Macca posts. He's always comes across as a genuine and honest guy. In my opinion, he would never intentionally lie or mislead us fellow reds.

I just hope he doesn't listen to the negativity on here and he continues to keep us ahead of the game.

Maybe we should start a 'Macca Appreciation Page'.

If it's at home, with the way things currently are, I'd go with Firmino. Away from home, I'd love to see Henderson clinch it with a screamer.

Also, as the Ed stated, Derby have Mel Morris now. He made shedloads on Candy Crush. He is a Derby fan and wants the best for the club. Expect massive investments in the infrastruture. If anyone can afford to hang onto Hughes, Mel Morris can.

Will Hughes had a nasty injury. I believe it was a rupture of his ACL.

He made his comeback towards the end of last season. He did well settling back in - the games I watched anyway. Derby have high hopes for him but may struggle to hold onto him for much longer. The 'word on the street' is, Derby will look to sell Jeff Hendrik if it means keeping Hughes for another season. Derby will look for promotion this season and may hang onto him if they do.

I maintain he isn't good enough for Liverpool - unless we are happy settling with becoming a high-mid table team - which I guess we are at the moment to be fair.

Will Hughes has just come back from an ACL rupture. He played a little in the Shaun Barker testimonial the other night as part of his comeback. We won't see him in a competetive match this season. Shame as Derby may have had a better season with him.

Ive mentioned before, I don't think he's good enough for Liverpool. I still stand by that but these kinda players develop at different rates. I think for the money, we could get better elsewhere and with more potential. I'd love to be wrong, being from Derby, I love to see our local lads do well.
