{Ed002's Note - Evan Ndicka (CB) His agents are pushing for a pre-contract agreement to sign for Barcelona, Arsenal or Spurs as a Free Agent in the summer. Was expected to leave last summer and was seen as an option for Newcastle and West Ham but stayed to seek a more lucrative move as a free agent. Roma had an intereest in the player and have spoken with the player and informed Eintracht Frankfurt of their interest which would lead to a January transfer at a low fee but the demands of his agent (a €15M signing on fee) ended that. Arsenal are fearful of Saliba or Gabriel will leave hence their interest in him. Inter Milan have him high on their list of targets.}

Doesn't seem like a dream. There's more quality in the 1st group than the second. I don't think Sarr is an improvement on origi. If origi started every game for a bottom half Premier league team, he'd outscored Sarr. Ben White and Lloyd Kelly is a drop in quality from lovren and matip. And gini and thiago is much of a muchness. I prefer gini, but not seen as much of thiago. Then we're just getting rid of shaqiri, promising talent in Wilson and grujic.

The only dream I have is us winning the league again next season. Tbh I'm past discussing transfers because when I do, what I want never happens and I'm always proved wrong 😂. So I'll let the media speak their nonsense and see who signs on the dotted line, whoever it is, good luck to them. All I know is we have a fantastic team right now in need of a couple of additions but overall we're fantastic and we don't need much.

That Lloyd Kelly can play as a left sided centre half or a left back, will be relatively cheap coming from relegated bournemouth and is a player we have shown interest in before, as well as being home grown. I could definitely see it happening.

Not sure why the likes of Kelly, Lewis and Sarr are so in demand. They are squad padding at best.
We all love a story such as Robbo or Gini. Fact is though, most players relegated just aren't good enough. Cantwell is probably the only relegated player who on individual performance did not deserve it. The rest just simply weren't good enough for the top flight. Brooks is the only player at Bournemouth good enough for the Premier League and his injury is the main reason they were relegated in my opinion.
Brooks and Cantwell are both similar to Curtis Jones though. So there is simply no benefit to raiding any of the relegated teams this summer. They have nothing to offer that our academy cannot.

{Ed001's Note - no idea to be honest. I haven't really watched Rangers play all that much, so I couldn't tell you. So difficult to judge in Scotland, when they are really only competing against one team, but are starting so far behind them. The only way we will be able to judge him is if he can bring Rangers level with Celtic and start winning trophies or gets sacked before he does so. He is head coach, not manager, the recruitment is not his department, I think I should point that out, though he does have input.}

Watching them yesterday. The played with their 2 full backs really high. They pressed Aberdeen really well and they had to resort to lumping it forward. As we're getting caught on the ball in own half.
Like last season though, they dominated the game and made several chances. But only took the one chance. Last Season they drew a lot of games like this, when should have been out of sight. If they could start being more ruthless in front of goal, then they could really push Celtic.

Hi ed001 or Ed002, this is probably a silly question do you know of any high profile players that do not have an agent representing them. Or do all players have to have an agent.
{Ed002's Note - Many players do not use an agent or only use a representative when needed for specific things - that leaves themeselves and their family making decisions. Neymar, Messi, Icardi, Mata ....}

Wow, thanks for the information. So we usually see clubs approach player agents to discuss potential moves, if a player does not have an agent, are the interested clubs able to contact the player himself?

Hi Ed002, I know you don't like delving into financials too much on here, but Werner deal did not seem financially viable for us, hence we did not go for him, so I was wondering if a deal for someone like Aouar would command a similar fee/ financial package, and if Liverpool were in a position to complete a deal if he is available and Liverpool follow through on their interest.
{Ed002's Note - Wages would be lower and the need for such a player is higher - and whilst Lyon were screwed around by Liverpool last year they won't be as miffed with Liverpool as RBL are.}

RJ, Fabian Ruiz is not good enuff to play the midfield Klopp wants to play, IMO. Why? Cos he plays in amuch slower league at a much slower pace and style, which are alien to the high temp pace and power LFC play with so NO, I disagree that he is the player we need.

Rn as I said mate we would only officially know after they played for us. The rest is just opinion based as you have just argued back and backed me up. And let’s be honest Napoli have never looked slower and weaker than us every time they’ve played us. To get into their team he must be decent. After all our current midfield came from far slower teams like Newcastle, Sunderland, Monaco, RBL and Arsenal lol.
