I’m not a religious guy but someone once quoted me this;
“May god give me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change and to have the courage to change the things I can and grant me the wisdom to recognise the differenceâ€.
And that is so true in a lot of things we go through in life.

Forevercrocop, mate your right, life is really hard sometimes but keep fighting, it’s these sorts of times that make you stronger. My wife’s gran had a saying “good or bad, nothing ever stays the sameâ€, it will get better for you, you just have to keep going to see it. Believe me when I say I speak from experience.
I found a website called lost all hope a few years ago and it helped a lot. The most important thing is to talk, to anyone you can, about how you feel, I’m sure I can speak for everyone that uses these pages that we’re here to listen.
