Klopp saying they are working on signing a midfielder is just away of appeasing the fans and making it look like they want to spend, and also take the heat off the owners. Wait and see we won't get a midfielder and we'll have the old story of we tried but we couldn't get it done. Same old same old.

Well that was garbage. Klopp Is so stubborn. Needs more than one midfielder. We're in a battle for fourth place as it is. Millner shouldn't be near the first team . Henderson is almost done. Can't believe they wouldn't buy a midfielder. Nunez is bang average too. Totally fell into the trap to get himself sent off and fully deserved it.

Not even Bellingham could have saved us in that one. We are out of sorts that’s for sure but without Jota we lack a natural goal scorer. Owen and Fowler would have finished both of Nunez early chances and neither would be daft enough to react in the way he did in this game. To have to start Milner in a must win game is quite scary the main thing is it hard to get anything to gel when the team is constantly changing because of injury. We will come good of course but it will be too late I am afraid the league is lost already I really believe that these two performances are no where near good enough to win any league. At least the next game is a given but what after that? I have no faith in Firmino to score goals and how far off is Jota? It is looking miserable I have to say.

Got to add it reminded me off Ballotelli the way Nunez acted today missing sitters and acting an idiot also he messed up and should have passed to Mo instead of screaming and crying for that hand ball get on with the game. Even Fabinho looks like he’s carrying an injury he was struggling after the game.
I know we joke on here about the midfield situation but we’re short in there, it’s a real problem, the way we play we need some help or at least January.

The only injuries that will encourage Klopp to sign a new player are season ending injuries like Van Dijk had or Ox's original bad injury.
The club aren't going to be shelling out on a new midfielder (or any other position) for hamstring/ muscle related injuries.
