Hi Ed001, saw you posted earlier comparing Stan Collymore and Balotelli. I had quite the debate about Collymore with a friend the other day and I'm just wondering what your opinion of him is as a player and a pundit (if you listen to him at all)?
{Ed001's Note - he is a piece of *censored* as a person, an awful pundit and he was one of the most talented players to ever play the game, yet he could not be bothered to use his talent. Horrible man who should be locked up, not given a platform to voice his imbecilic attempts at punditry.}

{Ed001's Note - I think you would have no trouble in getting backing for that particular debate from anyone connected with Liverpool. He showed fantastic ability at Forest, but it went to waste. He used to phone up to say he wasn't coming to training as he was caught on traffic on the motorway from his bed because he couldn't be arsed to get out of bed. One of the conditions of him signing was that he would move nearer but he just refused to move home.}

I'm sure the only reason Chelsea bought Torres for £50 million was because he scored 2 against them. In other news I hear they are looking to spend a further £30 million on Jon Stead after his goals at the weekend.

He was overly hyped. He had a positive game but it wasn't the incredible performance the analysts are being paid to tell you it was. His two 'best moments' were a lucky finish to a good move and a mishit shot that fell into Costa's lap. He worked hard in the game in general but it wasn't anything to write home about.

Silva is the best player in this league. Ignore stats and ignore who scores all the goals, just watch the game. He is on another level. Hazard Sanchez Aguero etc are all great players but Silva is something else. He is up there with Iniesta for me.
