Stories from LFC on Facebook stating that Salah has signed an extension for 'many years'.

Also saw Pitaluaga has gone on loan to Macclesfield Town ( someone was asking about him a few days ago) .

1.) 01 Jul 2022 16:52:27
Thanks for that RedTed, it was me that asked about Pitaluga. Glad he’s going to get some minutes (hopefully) and does imply that Kelleher and Adrian will be staying put.

2.) 01 Jul 2022 16:59:13
3 year contract.

3.) 01 Jul 2022 17:13:00
Brilliant news about Mo.

Just what we wanted.

4.) 01 Jul 2022 17:16:54
2 year extension. 2025. He'll only have 2 years left next summer.

5.) 01 Jul 2022 17:30:20
Oh mane mane!

6.) 01 Jul 2022 18:09:59
This is a bit awkward for the fans who wanted him out, for being past it a couple of months ago.

7.) 01 Jul 2022 18:53:33
Mo has signed a new deal? Awesome if it is the case.

8.) 01 Jul 2022 19:01:54
JK, how is it awkward? They have an opinion and are free to air them or isn’t that what you have been lecturing the rest of us about since you came on this forum?

9.) 01 Jul 2022 19:31:15
Brilliant news no one predicted that ?.

10.) 01 Jul 2022 20:04:39
Ah sure he needed to go back to basics JK.

11.) 02 Jul 2022 04:55:30
Oli living rent free.

Congratulations to Ox and soon to be Mrs Ox. Hope you both have many happy years of love, health and happiness.

1.) 21 Jun 2022 07:04:20
You going to the wedding RedTed? I'm getting the argos 12 piece dinner set off the wedding list, so cross that one off. I'd suggest you getting the toaster mate.

2.) 21 Jun 2022 08:40:22
I didn't get an invitation.
Sell him!

3.) 21 Jun 2022 09:23:35
Congrats to the lovely couple. Maybe this will give Ox new motivation to have a better season IF Klopp does keep him, as it seems to be case.

4.) 21 Jun 2022 09:55:26
I can see why Ox is always injured looking at his mrs. The lad must be knackered.

5.) 21 Jun 2022 18:04:41
JK, Ox has been fully fit now for almost two season now for the most part BUT I get the joke, lol. Seriously tho, I think the whole “Ox is always injured” schstick is a bit worn out now cos it’s no longer even true.

Hi all - poor planning on my part. Am in Mykonos with the missus. Anyone got tips of best place to watch the final? Thanks in advance.

1.) 25 May 2022 21:59:13
Paris? 😃👍.

2.) 25 May 2022 23:21:33
+1 for the bantz Barry but prefer to watch the game with a Souvlaki and beer (and a happy quiet wife) :)

3.) 26 May 2022 00:08:36
Sorry RT I couldn't resist it mate👍 Wherever you go enjoy it and hopefully you'll have plenty of reds to banter with YNWA.

4.) 26 May 2022 08:10:26
Try Jackie O Bar mate, you will love it. ❤.

5.) 26 May 2022 08:24:20
Google it 1st RT👍.

6.) 26 May 2022 08:37:37
Ha ha! Barry! You're spoiling my fun 🤣🤣🤣.

7.) 26 May 2022 08:47:22
Just kidding 🤣🤣.

8.) 26 May 2022 09:27:08
Your very bold Marty😁.

29 Jul 2017 18:11:33
Have enjoyed watching Gomez at Right Back today. No new RB needed IMHO.

1.) 29 Jul 2017 18:55:53
Between TAA, Gomez and the possibility of moving Milner to right back, I agree, no new right back is needed.

Actually we could sell the current incumbent in that position.

28 Jun 2017 07:20:15
With Flanagan returning from his loan - could he not be considered for left back duties Eds? he's played there before.

Or does Klopp not rate him? Is he "good enough" to help us win the league or does he fall short in your opinion?

{Ed001's Note - he is not seen as good enough by Klopp.}

1.) 28 Jun 2017 10:29:39
Even if he did recover from his injuries he doesn't really suit Klopps style. He is comfortable on the ball and can certainly cross better than Clyne, but he isn't dynamic enough to play as a wing back in my opinion. At left back it would be worse still as he isn't left footed.

I'd much rather take Martinelli if I had a choice of Arsenal players tbh. Am a little underwhelmed at the thought of signing Saka. (Good young player but let's revisit when he's 24/ 25 and he's actually regularly showing his promise) .

Selling us short there Remzy lad. Now if PSG were to throw in a couple of bags of crisps. we'd have a deal.

'Naby outperformed Hendo in many games last year'. That is utter rubbish JH. Sorry mate but I'm calling it.

Doesn't tackle, doesn't sprint, very average shooting (we can all score a worldie with enough chances), can't head the ball, rarely tracks back. I'd wager his kit doesn't need washing after each game.

Hey Jude. He'll sign just to hear the Kop sing that. Where's my two pints?

Agree with the 'never go back' comment Ed.

Wasn't the greatest Gini fan - he dithered on the ball too often BuT ball retention and energy levels way better than Keita.

I'm offering to drive NK to Paris and will pick up GW on the return , :)

{Ed025's Note - by all means take naby with you ted. He has been a bitter disappointment mate.” And-you can bring rose with turned up nose but don’t bring Gini “ ..?

Sorry to disagree. IMHO he's a younger Wijnaldum. Same footwork, similar pace and energy levels. Same ball retention abilities - v hard to get ball off him.

But - main problem - too slow to release the ball. Maybe it's a result of being overcautious and being trained to not lose/ give away the ball.

I see the talent and the potential - but I've not seen that translate to the pitch.

Pat Nevin - put your teeth in. Never understand a sentence he uttered. No matter how hard I try - lucky if I get 3 words on any sentence. I like what he says though when I do interpret it though. One of the few NOT from the "wide areas" school of Neville like commentators.

Liverpool born and bred (Wavertree), moved away to London for study, work and family. Wish I could get to more games : (.

Starting midfield was completely wrong for me. I *still* remain unconvinced by Keita. Was Milner injured? Jones *and* Keita weakened the middle too much.
