Cos Jones was the greatest thing since sliced bread until he had a few poor performances on the bounce.

No mate I'd never base it of a few bad games, but Forden is looking good in a good team, scoring important goals (might be there top scorer)? . I can't remeber a time when Jones has done that yet. And I'm not knocking Jones I like him he's good. But don't compare them at this stage.

Foden is ahead at this point and is only 6 months older. But this is CJ first season so he should come on a lot next season. Jones has big potential.

Err OP, Foden has at least 2 seasons head start over CJ and even in his first season so your argument is already flawed from jump. Also, Foden was not such an integral part of the City first team like CJ is now in his first season and that is not his fault cos City had great players at the time. CJ stepped right in the team this season and was already a more than viable option. Foden was not.
So yes, one can say that CJ is better cos he is less experienced than Foden and is already producing a lot more good performances in his first season than Foden did in his, whether in the PL and CL. In fact, Foden got less game time than CJ did so again, there is an argument to be made for CJ being better.
But of course football is not that simple cos both teams play differently and both managers have diff ways of blooding their young talents. It is not as cut and dry as your strawman argument makes it sound.

I don't really understand where this comparison came from in the first place, they aren't even playing the same position. As for Curtis apparently playing terribly for the last few appearance, I'm not sure about that either, seems be ks just the latest scapegoat or fashionable player to bash after we have a few poor results then anything else.

Foden is a big talent, so is Curtis.
Foden has been around the city team for at least 3/ maybe 4 years.
This is Curtis’ breakthrough season.
I’m not going to compare them but Curtis is much closer to first 11 regular than Foden currently is.
That being said, I think Pep has massively underplayed Foden for the talent he shows.

I like Till but there’s nothing about him that is special. He came up against a really tough competitor in Whittaker. Adesanya is another bully who knows he’d get smashed in the higher weight classes in which he belongs. Only in the UFC could you find a 6’5 bloke with 80 inch reach as the middleweight champion.

agree with all the above unfortunately. think edmen fights next week, looking forward to it as not seen loads of him but what I have looks legit! funny how he trains with rondas old coach edmen who everyone said wasn't a good enough coach and was he's fault ronda (and Travis brown) went so down hill. he's obviously not that bad if this kid is the next big thing!

Agree, Hailstones, both are too long and powerful for Whittaker. Neither should be fighting at middleweight, frankly, Costa looks like a damn heavyweight.

Costa is an animal. He seems to strong and quick for everyone. Best thing about UFC and any combat sport is everyone has a punchers chance and everyone can beat anyone. Only takes that one opportunity and it’s game over.

Those cryff turns worked excellently at times. Injuries got in his way, he was overtaken in the pecking order. Not his lack of ability. He gave us his best years and I think some fans should have more gratitude. He's not a legend like Kenny or rush, Barnes etc but I guarantee he pulls on the legend shirt in future.

I know I'm not the only one to think it but I'm gona say it. If I was beaten fair and square I'd give it up to my opponent. We r the champions and we deserve to be crowned. no matter what the official outcome I would walk the trophy to the worthy winners and hand it to them.
