Any Reds no anything about Allison? I will be honest I know very little about him apart from the handful of times I've seen him. Anyone watch the Italian league because I admit I don't. From what I have seen of him I don't think the Fee being thrown around he is not actually worth it but like I said I'm not really in a position to pass judgement after only seeing him play on a few occasions. Roma are my favourite Italian side so i've seen a fair bit of him. He's great with his feet, great reflexes, fast, agile, brilliant shot stopper, relatively error proof, decisive on crosses. In fact, he makes good decisions in general
Main draw back is his handling can be a little suspect. Not bad, but just not up there with the likes of Oblak.
Alisson's more in the mould of De Gea. Not quite as clean cut, but capable of the truly sublime at times. He's on the brink of world class in my opinion.

Like all keepers, Alisson is capable of some stunning saves, some amazing quick releases and some utter calamities that will haunt him in his retirement years. Right now, the ratio is firmly in favour of stunning saves. But again, he is neither messiah nor very naughty boy and will need support and some patience to shop what he can do. He is almost certainly a short term upgrade on what we currently have, and probably a long term one.

I've been using this site for many years for a great source of reliable info on ins and outs at the club. But what I have noticed over the years are more and more arse lickers jumping on people's post with RTFP and generally acting like they are the editors of the site. All so they look like the good little follower of the EDs. Why not just say nothing and stop trying to belittle other users and leave it to the EDs who actually run the site!

Because it's really annoying to try and use the site and read updated information when all you see is the same 3 questions asked over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over (this can go on for a while) . Which has several times reached the point where the editors are no longer willing to provide any information as it's either ignored and the question re-asked 5 minutes later, or gets them abuse. Maybe instead of complaining that people tell you to do what you're meant to do to keep the site as clear as possible you could just. do it?

I agree with you, Sir King. I've noticed it more in recent times. I'm a long time user of this site, and have a lot of respect for all the Eds, but you are spot on with what you say.

Nothing wrong with being nice. And there’s nothing wrong with being nice to the Ed’s. There was an incident a while ago where many of us were reminded exactly how important the information given is when it was taken away. Since then, there has been a bit more respect shown towards Ed’s in my humble opinion. You are completely entitled to your opinion mate and I know you are not alone, each to their own even if I disagree and dislike the term you used to describe your fellow posters.

Got to disagree Salah. I mean there are people on this site that agree 100% with everything an Ed says and I mean 100%. Now considering that a lot of posts are opinion based how can this be? Of course everyone should be courteous to one another but I've yet to meet someone whose opinions are correct all the time. It's like some guys just like to fall into line. That's only my opinion off course 😉😉.

it’s nothing to do with arse licking. The eds get sick of replying to the same thing over and over and I don't blame them. So when they decide to ignore a post, the OP might still be confused so somebody tells them to RTFP which has been answered countless times.
Laziness gets replied to with laziness.
If someone is too lazy to use the search or even scroll down slightly, they get the 'lazy' response instead of an answer.
Heck there was someone a couple of weeks ago who "didn’t have the time to use the search engine" but could write a lengthy post which easily took a lot more time than a simple search and then wait for a while for it to be edited on to the site xD.

Been happening a while unfortunately, usually same posters aswell. I've seen people do a complete 360 on their opinion just because one of the eds has a different view, people are fine to change their mind but I find it odd how a poster can suddenly change their mind so quickly. Different opinions is what makes this site great IMO, but recently it seems that it's tricky to present a viewpoint on a player or situation that may clash with one of the Eds opinions. This isn't aimed at the eds Btw, just being honest that I find a lot of posters parrot opinions and use it as "fact".

I kept an eye on him as I had him in my fantasy team, no idea why he didn’t force his way into the starting line up as He looked good every time he came on, that being said it’s not good to judge a player on 3 20/ 30 minutes cameos.
