Thanks Reynard, but I’m afraid Wolves will not accept that price at all. The national press seem to be fuelled by some bloke on the Athletic claiming we will accept £20m because of his contract situation.
It’s wrong, he won’t go anywhere in January for less than £30m but may go in the summer for around £20. Valencia would like a cash plus Guedes deal but Wolves aren’t interested in that.
Wolves don’t need the money so much that they accept such a low price but some kind of settlement on the outstanding Jota fee might help.
Either way I can’t see how he is a better fit for Liverpool than what you currently have!
Now Neto (when fit) is a different matter!

He will add lots of pace, physicality, energy before even kicking a ball if he signs for us, that's the foundation to be a Klopp attacker after that depends how much Klopp improves him coz neither Salah, mane fermino, jota etc were quarter of the player they're now.

2.) 03 Dec 2021 14:00:31
Pls, Who is the player in question here?

3.) 03 Dec 2021 14:16:19
VVV’s favourite, Traore 😀.

4.) 03 Dec 2021 14:21:47
Hehehe the most infamous one adama traore lol.

5.) 03 Dec 2021 14:54:03
Oh dear, I should have known.

6.) 03 Dec 2021 16:40:46
Be careful if you say the T word 3 times VVVV will come :)

7.) 03 Dec 2021 19:31:25
Someone may tell the big German that VVVV says Traore is sh*te. He seems to like him and regardless of people's opinion on the player in question that's all that matters when it comes to who actually comes through the door.

8.) 03 Dec 2021 20:22:09
Its a matter of plain fact that Traore is sh*te. He couldn’t hit Theresa Coffey’s fat arse with a banjo. Let alone strike a football on target. He’s sh*te at Wolves and he’ll be sh*te here. YouTube highlight reel player.

9.) 04 Dec 2021 00:33:23
Everyone is entitled to their opinion, however the manager and committee haven't made too many mistakes and if they think someone is capable of doing a job then I would be inclined to back that opinion.

Or maybe the poster is a world class scout incognito, in which case I bow down.

10.) 04 Dec 2021 01:44:33
Now we will get the Keita appreciation society joining the ‘debate’.

Wolves fan come in peace. Having seen today the last Hillsborough service to be held at Anfield can I just say well done to Liverpool football club and its supporters for the incredible solidarity you have all shown through the struggle for truth and justice. I am sure that the families, friends, supporters, players and staff present on that day have all been thankful for the huge sense of community shown on merseyside.
It struck me last year on a visit to Borussia Dortmund how similar the clubs were in terms of the bond with fans and feeling of indifference from the rest of the country and what occurred last night between supporters was special.
Well done to all of you. If only Manchester and London could act with the same spirit and humility I really would be proud of our premier league!
Congrats.

Wolves fans are always welcome here anytime and thank you.

2.) 16 Apr 2016 00:47:50
I know it's gets mentioned from time to time but whoever disagreed to this is a complete prat. Sorry to the eds if u don't feel this appropriate, I know you don't encourage arguments to start but the sentiment in that message couldn't be disagreed with.

3.) 16 Apr 2016 03:26:15
Can't believe some dimwits have actually disagreed with this post. Despicable people.

4.) 16 Apr 2016 04:12:53
Who's disagreeing with this, for heaven sake.

5.) 16 Apr 2016 06:21:55
There are a bunch of trolls on this site who I suspect disagree with almost anything - even simple questions seem to get 3-5 disagrees.

I suspect they might be non-liverpool supporters who come on to see if there's anything interesting to niggle about. Ignore them.

6.) 16 Apr 2016 08:48:52
I think we should remove the disagree buttons, they seem to cause more harm than good.

7.) 16 Apr 2016 09:47:05
No need to remove it, it serves a purpose. Just ignore the first three disagrees.

8.) 16 Apr 2016 11:12:02
I'd rather the buttons went and if anyone disagrees with the post they can do so with actually writing why they disagree with it.

Evening all Reds, I'm a Wolves fan who would like to congratulate you all for the way you conducted yourselves whilst making a powerful protest last week. You have shown football fans around Europe that supporters have a voice and when done in the right way and with solidarity it can be effective. Very pleased to see Borussia Dortmund follow suit yesterday and this has inspired some of us at Wolves to organise a 10 minute turnaround this Saturday as a protest against our incompetent hierarchy. We can only hope that we receive the same backing that yourselves and BVB have had.
Good luck for the Capital One final and the rest of the season. English football needs a strong and powerful Liverpool FC. All the best. Tommo (Wolves FC)

Faithinworks he is NOT coachable, he has no brain. I’ve been at pitch level and he has to be instructed all the time by Moutinho and Semedo. When at Middlesbrough Pulis had to swap his wings at half time so he was by the dugout to receive constant instructions. Oh and he can’t deliver a final ball, he has no goals and no assists to speak of. He just runs and makes a poor decision.
Barcelona, Villa, Boro and Wolves have all tried to coach him based on what you’ve said but he just doesn’t have a brain. He will totally nullify TAA down that flank!
But by all means try, I’d love to see it and you will be entertained.

Hi MarkP08, we all loved Jota and I’m sure he will get a good reception tomorrow. Always technically good and worked so hard. However, as we evolved as a premier league team we began to play with our and out wingers which didn’t suit him as much. The emergence of Pedro Neto and the time left in his contract meant that he was at the ceiling of what he would have been worth financially to us so the move made sense for all parties.
I still enjoy it when he scores for you and feel proud that we helped his development for the 3/ 4 years he spent with us. However, dreading him scoring tomorrow. Twice the player Traore is!

Evening lads, Wolves fan here. Not looking forward to being thrashed this weekend but inevitable as you look the best team in Europe currently.
However, if you do fancy buying Traore I will start my car now and pick him up myself!
Highlights reel on MOTD will always make him look good but don’t show the 17 times he gave the ball away or falls over. He really is a comedy show and I can’t wait to get rid of him.
However, he is a top bloke and wouldn’t leave a recent event until everyone had a picture or autograph. He also spent 15 minutes talking to my lad on the car park one afternoon after training and was genuinely lovely. Either way, it will take a minimum of £30m despite what the daily Mirror are saying!
Go easy on us this weekend please and then go in a win the league!

Point taken MartyNcFly, I’ll stay away. Just saw a post by one of yours about Traore and got involved in a conversation.
Feel really disappointed by the modern Liverpool fan as I’ve always defended you guys when all other fans were saying how arrogant, self-entitled and ungracious you were. It had never been my experience throughout your dominance in the 70s and 80s. However, since our return to the Prem I have seen their point. I’m afraid some of you are letting the true old fashioned scousers down and you’ve become just like the other red lot from Manchester.
Apologies to a few on here who clearly know where I’m coming from. I still wish some of you well but clearly another fans opinion is wanted here. All the best.

To kingkenny7, I don’t think anyone from Liverpool fc has any room to moan about a player play acting! Especially when Jimenez in particular was clearly fouled!
Other than Jota’s miss I don’t think you really had any glaring chances and we did better than most teams this year in nullifying your incredible attack.
Coady hobbled through the game and Ait-Nouri did fantastic against Salah for his age!
Considering the amount of first team players (5) missing from our line up I thought we have a good account of ourselves and obviously feel aggrieved to be defeated in injury time.
Fair play lads, mark of a great team is finding a way to win but being gracious and appreciating the efforts of lesser opponents is also the mark of class fans. Liverpool fans of old had that, haven’t heard much of it from some of you lately.
Good luck for the rest of the season.

Tommo1970

{Ed0666's Note - not entirely true Tommo we did have other glaring chances…Jota’s header and when Sa superbly saved Sadio’s shot inside the box. But apart from that I agree with you in that you did make it super difficult for us and I’m not sure we deserved to win.

Ojo looked a very exciting player when he was given the chance. Totally wasted loan spell with us because of confused tactics and asset stripping (selling Afobe for £10m and spending £2.5m) .
They are ruining Connor Coady too by playing him out of position. The club need a massive overhaul and a new owner as I believe we are big enough to be a prem club.
Ojo looks a find but you guys have so many - Brannigan, Chirivella, Rossitter, Smith, Randall, Sinclair, etc.
I'm sure Jurgen will turn you into champions. I visited Borrusia Dortmund a few years ago and he is a god there. Very similar club to Liverpool in structure and support - they even sing 'You'll never walk alone' at the kick off.
Good luck lads.

Your damn right, I'm a Wolves fan and I posted my support for you guys protest recently. The people running football are rotting and Wolves are as bad as they get. A certain Steve Morgan (who tried to buy Liverpool once) is behind the chaos at Wolves and that's why we are attempting a similar protest to you lads.
Fans need to stand up and be counted.
Tommo (Wolves) .
