I hope Everton stay up, putting all the bitterness aside, it surely has to be to the benefit of everyone in Liverpool City to have two teams in the premiership from an economic point of view if nothing else.

I don't profess to speak for everyone else (unlike some) but not one team in the history of football has ever won a trophy relying on "true essence". The only thing to thank Bobby for at this point of his career is that he has taken the decision of whether to stay or go out of Liverpool's hands. Thank you Bobby.

In all truth Bobby had 2 world class players either side of him, he was always the weakest link up front and even Ed25 would have looked like a baller if he was in that position. Most of his goals were tap-ins against already beaten teams. He was never, ever world class, there was never a queue of elite teams trying to sign him - does that not say something about his "ability". You all want to get back to winning trophies but don't want to have to take down your old Bobby posters. Have a good cry tonight and move on. Bye Bobby, all the best.

I like Tsimikas but in all fairness he hasn't been great when coming on as a sub so far this season - it was possibly a lot easier to play as a left wing back with Mane up front. I miss Sadio.

Would people not give Salah and Mane credit for the goals they have scored from the wings that most forwards in the pl would not be able to score and Firmino could only dream of. They are miles ahead of Firmino in ability, simple as. If Firmino is such a wonder why has no team tried to buy him. I know if you don't follow the football aficionados superior knowledge about him you are considered unworthy but come on, wake up and accept that RF has just not been anywhere near good enough over the last year and a half.
