Good afternoon. Do we still hold a firm interest in Yehven Konoplyanka, regardless of whether Sterling stays or is sold? I believe the chance to get him on a Bosman is a no-brainer. Also who do you see as possibilities for solving our goal scoring problem? Is Lacazette a realistic option or do we need to set our sights lower and expect the likes of Danny Ings?
Look forward to your reply.
Cheers. Dodge.

{Ed002's Note - No - Napoli, Inter, Wolfsburg, Roma, Sevilla, West Ham, Spurs, Shakhtar and Bayer Leverkusen have shown recent interest in Konoplyanka who is able to sign a pre-contract with any non Ukrainian side. Spurs and Roma have put the most effort in to trying to put a deal in place for the summer and his representatives have rejected an offer from West Ham, telling them his preferred destination is Arsenal. Dnipro have offered him a new contract. If Liverpool were going to look to the player again (and I don't know that they are), then it would be to replace Sterling.

Lacazette won't be moving to Liverpool. I have explained which forwards the club has shown interest in.}

Ed, I hope you are right. Konoplyanka is a far more effective player than Sterling, and we will have plenty of change left over!
