are the ludwig augustinsson rumours believable?

{Ed002's Note - It would seem unlikely as Augustinsson only moved earlier this year and he has been pretty offensive about English players - but I don't know if Liverpool has an interest or not. I should say that he is well thought of and has been watched by another English side before his January move.}

Offensive? What he said was roughly that the price of english players are inflated- they are in that sense overrated, when asked about the "superstars" in the England u21 squad. Don't think anyone would disagree- english players are overpriced in general. But it surely would be too soon for the lad to go to LFC. Needs a year or two in Copenhagen first.

Pretty offensive ed002???? How so? He said The England u21s were overrated and he was proven right by their early exit form the tournament, offensive? No. Honest? Yes. I for one would welcome him with open arms to the club.

Uhm no sorry Ed, that's a pretty drastic assumption. There will be nothing better than when we finally have a settled team and squad, we're not there yet, but this window seems to be addressing a lot of problems.

Fact is we have one fit left-back, so Augustinsson would be a good addition and he does look a good prospect with a future at the highest level.
