We've had a 36 million bid rejected for koulibaly apparently, not sure if I believe it but it would be a brilliant signing.

Would be brilliant to straight swap him and Sakho as he needs to go and they're the same type of player. Otherwise I don't see the point.

Exactly. I don't see much of a difference between the two. Except that Sakho is probably better at playing the ball out from the back. And there's the obvious huge price difference.

Why have we bid £35m when Chelsea have already reportedly had a £40m bid turned down last year and +£50m bid rejected this year? Is it just a show that we are 'attempting' to sign other CBs before going back for VVD?

Sakho always looks like bambi on ice when he was on the ball for us. Never looked comfortable.
