Seems that he is being offered around to a host of clubs. Valencia, Sporting, Arsenal and even Everton.
He was good at Barcelona but not been for Juve.

Laughably, he’s apparently got an injury that’s due to keep him sidelined for a few weeks. If that’s there’s any truth in that then it’s so ridiculous it’s almost hilarious.

Update on Arthur: Liverpool made the approach after midnight, triggered by the impact of Jordan Henderson’s injury (scan in next 24 hours) . Arthur feels fit enough to play immediately at Everton if needed; València and Wolves had looked at him. Talks concluding in Turin now.

I’ve seen his quite extensive injury history and until a doctor says he’s fit to play and he’s out on a pitch I’ll remain doubtful regardless of whether he says he feels fit to play. Everton will target him for the rough stuff as a weak link at the weekend, you can be sure of its.
