As he is already injured and unlikely to feature in the U. S it sort of makes sense for him to continue his recovery back in Liverpool. Maybe the injury hasn't responded as well as hoped? Or the recovery time looks like it will be longer than anticipated? There could be many reasons - maybe he has fallen out with Klopp - but something related to his injury seems the most likely option.

Maybe its because Lucas is soon to be off? Let him spend his last hours as a Liverpool player with the squad.
Whilst sakho is going nowhere so sending him back to melwood as he has no part to play in the you makes sense?

That video where sakho interrupts klopp definitely felt like klopp was more irritated than he was letting on. I wonder if there is any hint of sakho's attitude fueled by some misplaced anger at lfc management for dropping him from the squad pending the investigation? Especially given he was exonerated, he may feel aggrieved towards the club when they could have just kept playing him until he was formally suspended? (I may he forgetting some details here. )

I wonder if he is just being too casual whilst away? If he isn't training etc then I suppose Klopp would want him to be contributing in other ways. Either diatractions are best separated from the group where possible.

Owe right ok mate. Cheers for your views on it. Were all in limbo guessing what could of happened and what has gone off or even if he will play for the club again. I guess we will get to find out sooner rather than later.

Going to be problems with sakho because I don't think Klopp will pick him in the first 11 so he will become unhappy and disruptive anyway.

Add that to the fans chanting his name etc

He's the type of player if he's not first 11 he needs to be sold.
