Thought Can was already injured, reading reports that he has got another injury on International duty, if so why did we not stop him from going, just like Utd have been doing for the past 20 years.

{Ed001's Note - he was already injured, they just wanted proof of his injury so had him looked at to check it was real before sending him home.}

Jesus does that really happen ed? So he wasnt injured on international duty as reported?

{Ed001's Note - no and yes it happens all the time that international teams have injuries checked out before they release them from the team.}

So did can meet up with squad and then sent home? Or do they just need the relevant medical documents sent over?

{Ed001's Note - he went over for a check up, then was sent home according to the German FA. I am going to have to trust what they say in this, and assume the statement was not mistranslated or an error.}

He was already injured at the Burton game hence, he was not fit for the Spurs game. It is part of the rules I think, to have an injured player evaluated before being sent home by the country. Happens all the time.

Seems a bit ridiculous flying over to be sent back again.

Part of the rules, men.
