Ed001 surely you've grown to like Milner mate? Have to admit I wasn't overly thrilled when we signed him but he's a model professional, doing a great job at lb at the moment as well. Can't doubt his effort and commitment. He's an important member of the squad now and his experience of winning things with City will be vital to help these young lads challenge with a cool mature head to lead them along the way.

{Ed001's Note - he has become a very useful member of the side at left back. He is a much better full back than he was a midfielder, credit has to go to Klopp for spotting that.}

his penalty today was top class, I now expect him to not only take the penalties I expect him to score them as well, credit to klopp ed but also credit to milner for showing the right attitude in accepting his new role, I bet he has received a few bear hugs from klopp as well these past few weeks.

Couldn't have said it better Kenny.

I have a lot more respect for Milner now. Whereas with Klopp, I always expected him to do well.

Milner was my man of the match by a country mile.

Karius and crosses is a major worry
What with Zlatan up next.

I must admit, I wasn't particulary chuft when Milner signed for us, I didn't expect him to bring anything. How wrong was I. None of us like been wrong but in this case I'm delighted I was. He's been a god send in regards to the LB position, he's surprised me and he's a damn good addition to the squad, I thought when it all came out that he'd be playing LB I thought he'd be mediocre at best. but I think half of that was we all wanted to sign a recognised LB lol. yet again, I was wrong. thankfully!

No doubt credit goes to Big Jurgen every time we show doubt he always shows why we should've believed. But also well done to Milner for taking it well and putting the team first. Long may it continue. Do you think, barring injury of course, there's any chance of Moreno being reintroduced now that the lynch mob is at bay? He's still very young and has time on his side, whether he's willing to learn or not so far remains to be seen.
