How would Juventus winning the champions league affect the english teams qualification for the next few years.

I think next year is when you see the shift in points between the 2 countries, also it would depend on how united do as well.

If Juventus win and united loose we will lose a spot I think after next season.

Didn't they announce that starting from 2018/ 19 the top leagues will be guaranteed four places?

Builder is correct. 4 places for the top 4 leagues from 201819.also straight into group stages I think.
