Ed, your opinion on momo sissoko please, when he was at liverpool I found him a tad frustrating on the ball, now looking back at his games he looks pretty awesome.

{Ed001's Note - I loved him myself, he improved so much until his eye injury, he was able to slot in perfectly to a midfield which was outstanding. He had to be top class to stand a chance of a place in that midfield, yet he was a regular. He is the type of midfielder we are missing now.}

I agree getting a place in that midfield was an achievement on its own. I think at that point my footballing brain wasnt mature enough to appreciate his work, he is exactly what we need in our current midfield.

{Ed001's Note - what he did best is very difficult to appreciate, it never really shows up well on MOTD or the like.}

Totally agree with you Waqas and Ed001. Great pity with that freak injury. He seemed to have a great attitude and work rate mixed with good ability.

Loved Momo and was gutted Rafa sold him to Juve as he was much better than Masche. Top player, IMO.
