Eds01.02 do you think that we have a chance of vvd with today's comments on him on many occasions on the fourm I've stated we haven't a chance with him or keita wat is your take on this nowebsite I'd love them both but to lose courtinho would be a disaster for us out of the 2 I'd prefer vvd as our defense is weak at centre back just your thoughts please eds.

60 million I think will do the trick. Whether we pay a major portion of that upfront and how much percentage of the fee constitutes bonuses and add ons will play a big factor. VVD's position at Saints has become untenable and they will listen to our offer as long as it does not take their mickey.

After all what's happened and klopp wants him that badly, if we do decide to go back in for him, I hope we'll offer what's needed and not annoy Southampton any more than we have already and just get it done.
