What about trent alexander as holding midfielder when Clyne comes back?

He is way too good on the ball, and with his distribution, to be held back as a DM. And he is nit the most physically imposing player (which a DM definitely benefits from being) .

No. Clyne slowing everything down any time the ball goes to him does more damage to our play than not having a natural holding midfielder.

I'd give Clyne a go at left back, he's is a better defender than moreno.

Clyne's a marginal improvement defensively over Moreno.

Maybe we should try the actual left back we bought?
