Sorry Eds 01, my son was asking about hard men of yesteryear in football, and I told him about Stuart Pearce, is he on the legends list must be a good story there, Christ didn't he once try to run off a broken leg?

Stuart Pearce and the word legend in the same sentence is just wrong isn't it lol legend? he's nowhere near a legend due to so many reasons. One word for him and it's scum, people like him was and are no good for football. Only thing he's a legend at is been an absolute piece of *****.

I moved to Nottingham a little under 10 years ago and he's a legend around these parts if you speak to most people. I think what sums him up best is that when he was offered the Forest job in 2014 he postponed starting the job so he could go with his mates at talk sport to watch the World Cup. He had an opportunity at a club where he's loved and he missed the start of pre-season and his job so he could get on the beer with his mates. Utter nob.

Ed01, just a quick tip. Shumacher smashed his studs into the jaws of Patrick Battiston (a disgraceful assault which should have warranted a 6 month ban) in the 1982 WC, not Just Fontaine who played in the 1958 WC.

We've all done it Idontlooklikeklopp :) I'd be happy to see a villain section, there's that many out there past and present who never deserved to be a footballer so will be interesting.
