Usual salah haters come out! Just stop please it’s embarrassing! Ref was poor today our squad looks thin really thin! I’m not going to lash players but some aren’t what they think they are! Quality is needed badly! Chelsea will crash they are mess too! A lot won’t fear that mess!

thought it was a fairly standard Salah performance. in and out of the game, has moments of brilliance that got us a goal. almost scored himself. otherwise I'd wish he was more impactful throughout the rest of the game.

He’s a legend so not sure how there are any haters out there, but he’s not been as impactful in the last few months as in the years before. He still probably looked the most likely to score though!

My sense is he’s struggling a bit more because Nunez and Jota are pure CFs while Firmino was a proper playmaker who dropped a bit deeper and left space for Salah to run into, but that’s just a guess.

I think it's also partially because he is being asked to play wider than he usually does. From what I saw, his best moments of play came when he was cutting inside from the wide areas.

Salah is being wasted by asking him to occupy wide.

He should be closer and should come in. the same thing happened last season and it took ages to notice and correct.

Sami. I agree. Because trent is being told to push into midfield. Instead of wide like when we were at our best a few years ago, Salah is isolated out wide it seems to me.

Mo has been plenty isolated on the wing for the last couple years. way back to the C.V. year, this is how he has played. Awesome player in flashes and amazingly he keeps flashing lol.
