Excuse my ignorance but why would they have to talk to the Tax Authoritie and the Portuguese FA? Would that be involved purely on a transfer basis or to act as an apology?
And just for transparency I would rather Klopp did his business above board also. There’s clearly no advantage gained by the way he went about things.
