Hi Eds, I remember you saying that Feyenoord's
Lutsharel Geertruida is the sort of versatile defender we should look at, can play RB, CB and DM. Are we interested in Ajax's Devyne Rensch? Who seems to be a similar, versatile, defender. Thanks.

{Ed002's Note - Lutsharel Geertruida (CM/RB/DM) Barcelona were keen to take the versatile Geertruida as cover but player wants guarantees of game time, so they can be discounted. The desired Pavard replacement for Bayern Munich who have held talks over a transfer for January. RBL are still looking to him. Of consideration by Chelsea if Reece James moves on, but they have preferred options. One to watch in the future. Signed a new contract earlier in the year but Feyenoord may seek another extension.
Devyne Rensch (RB/LB) No interest in joining Manchester United as cover but attracted to them if first choice. Inter might make a declaration of interest after having him scouted as a possible Darmian replacement. Arsenal scouted him as a Cedric Soares replacement but whilst using Ben White at RB he would again only be cover. Bayer Leverkusen, potentially as a Frimpong replacement. Liverpool, Spurs and Borussia Dortmund have sent scouts - and probably others as well.}

Missed out with van de ven - looks a top top player imo. Would have been a perfect VVD replacement and could easily cover LB too.
