Hi Eds,

Just wondering if you may be able to sum up what it is that Kliperty has changed behind what we see/hear of (obviously he's changed some staff/system etc- not that it's all to believed. ) and also what he is hell bent on changing asap.

I'm not brothered about players right now - I seem to get the impression that the club are adrift of others in many areas behind the scene.

I could be wrong, but I have a sneaky feeling Kliperty and co have found out things are much worse than he thought.

{Ed002's Note - I am not aware of any specifics beyond tactics that he will have changed - the arrival of a fresh face will always cause a boost but it was always going to be a rough or bumpy ride for a while. He has had the team playing better - but not consistently yet - hopefully that will come. In terms of the framework he is working withing the first team coaching is down to him and, in particular, Zeljko Buvac to adapt to their needs. Everything else is the same or very similar to what it was before.

I don't see that there is any "worse than he thought" issues - this is the bumpy ride. It is not only the playing staff that need to adapt to his ways, but he has to adapt to the English game, the different expectations and levels of support from the fans, the different attitude of the press etc.. He would have been aware of much of this - perhaps the level of support from the fans and the attitude of the press are beyond his expectations - I can only conject.}
