Eds, guillem balague has stated that Liverpool have not been after lemar this summer and that its fabricated rumours from his side, however it was announced on sky sports they were understood to have made 2 bids prior to balagues comments. Can you confirm what is actually real here? And more importantly now where does this leave Philip coutinho? Because reports from James Pearce and balague are saying he's staying put! Where as some editors on here are saying his going tomorrow? If you could clarify it would be much appreciated 👍🏻.

Yesterday an editor said the ox was bought for squad depth, and that lemar was a replacement for coutinho as klopp had had enough, but lemar isn't coming so does this mean cputinho stays? Some sources are saying he's going and others are saying the club remain adamant that he's not for sale, Just like to know what is actually going on regarding him as it stands at the present moment 👍🏻.
