Bit of fun guys. If you had the opportunity to swap one player in each position in our team for any player in the world who would it be? I would keep Allison over any keeper in the world. Defence, I would keep our current defence. Midfield I would swap Gini for De Bruyne and have Fabinho sitting, Hendo box to box and De Bruyne just ahead with license to roam. Forwards is tough, I love our forwards but I would swap Mbappe for Salah. On the basis of age and potential. Mbappe has potential to be a generational talent. Of course this is all unrealistic but interested to see over peoples selection.

I was never Salahs biggest fan but I think he does need to be abit more appreciated, Salah is one of the world's best attackers and has an incredible goal scoring record.
Mbappe will probably be the world's best in a couple of years but for now I'll hold onto Salah, I think his record is that good and he's achieved that much for and with us that he deserves to hang onto his spot in this theoretical situation!

Fair play mtgw. His record is simply ridiculous and is under appreciated I agree, which probably makes people think why I would swap. Mane’s all round play makes him our best forward just ahead of the sublime Firmino but then again Salah’s goal scoring numbers are freakish. Starting to second guess myself but if Mbappe reaches his potential then he could be on par with Messi and Ronaldo and that’s the step above the rest.

I had the feeling that Salah was never particularly interested in staying around the club and, as mentioned by ED2 a few times, he was always dreaming of a bigger move.
I also found him quite selfish as a player and often found myself getting frustrated at him taking a shot on rather than making a square pass to someone in a better position.

That being said, I respect his talent and my views have changed a bit this season so I wouldn't swap him for anyone right now.

I rate him higher than Suarez!

YoungRed2002, that partnership would be scary. Upamecano is still a bit raw and needs more experience IMO, BUT his ceiling is insane and his upside is tremendous. He and VVD at CB would be as my brother says, unconscious.

Absolutely none of them.

Out of the few players who would supposedly improve us, only want I'd want at liverpool is Kdb. But not as a swap.

Otherwise = the U23s.
