Players come and go it's nothing new in football, if a player wants too leave and there head is swung the key is too replace them as best as possible and move on this has been the case with numerous examples :- from Keegan souness rush to Mcmanaman fowler to suarez coutinho and all in between it's part and parcel of football . If wijnaldum and mane were too leave we replace and move forward .

Yeah I get your point stones. I wouldn’t care as much if it was Salah as he’s been pimping himself out for year (s) according to Ed2 but I thought Mane was happy and he’s prob my top 3 fave players at the moment so it is very disappointing mate, I’m not going to lie. Especially as I get the impression everyone wants to play for Klopp and we are at the top of the tree again so I’d rather we kicked on and not regressed. Is what is though I guess mate.

Mane has 3 years left on his deal so I don't think FSG and Klopp are stupid enuff to sell one of our best and world class players when we are on the cusp of something great.

Also, we cannot keep selling our best players and keep believing that "we can just replace him and move on". That is the wrong attitude to have, IMO. Signing raw players like Sarr to replace a finished, world class article like Mane is suicide for a club in our current position. That is thinking small, IMO.

We are primed to keep winning things now and that is how we have to operate and think. Not to think like a club who consider themselves as "a conveyor belt" for good players coming thru. Think Big. Win Big. That is LFC right now and long may it continue.
