Let's hope Fabs and Hendo will be back in CM next weekend. Fingers crossed a full weeks training is enough to get the new boys up to scratch. My question is who do you play as the 3rd midfielder?
Thiago is still getting used to the EPL and I am in no doubt he is a top player but does he start?

Curtis for me. Looked the best of the three and I was astonished he was taken off with Gini left on.

Yes, just ahead of Hendo and Fabinho as the attacking midfielder. Gino on the bench.

I’m afraid, for me, Thiago does not start.
I had initial doubts about him in a midfield 3 and now they’ve grown, he’s not mobile enough.
The starting 3 is Fabinho, Henderson and probably Wijnaldum or possibly Milner.
Thiago is a late sub.
They say you never know what you’ve got until it’s gone.
Well, please come back our old mobile midfield.
This version is playing so slowly and deliberately.
They may have been asked to conserve energy but it’s such a tough watch.
A season ago, Liverpool were the quickest and most mobile team in the league.
But no more alas.

We all know it’ll carry on as it is.

Sorry Juicer - but neither Milner of wijnaldum should start. My biggest fear now is that the latter changes his mind and signs a new contract. What does he do - he gets the ball, spins around, loses possession and ALWAYS falls over meaning that for a vital few seconds we are a man down.
