Hi, does any of the Eds know if Liverpool shown any interests or scouted the new wonderkid in Norway?
16 year old attacker names Nusa and plays for stabæk, he is supposed to be as big talent as Haaland and Ødegaard was.

Thanks for the reply mate, just thougt maybe they still were allowed to do does precontracts and then the player can join as he turns 18.

Ed, will English clubs no longer be able to sign any u18 talent from outside Europe at all? Do some clubs have feeder clubs or affiliate clubs or is that against the rules?

{Ed002's Note - No, you don't get it. English clubs cannot sign U18 players from Europe or from outside of Europe any longer - just from the UK.}

It'll probably mean that English clubs will have to pay more for Talented foreign youngsters, as they won't be able to sign them up as youth players, they'll need to sign professional contracts, and they'll probably have more first team experience by the time they're 18,all pushing up the price.
