Does anyone know if the EPL contract is Entertainment or sport contract with TV companies?

There is a major difference between the two, NFL has an entertainment contract , which spurred this question.

Surely calling NFL entertainment is some sort of breach of trades descriptions? It’s barely a sport.

I’ve looked this up and the nfl legally declared it self a sports entertainment license
I don’t know if that’s for coverage or ads only other sports on this license are wrestling and roller. Derby. Football is on a sports license.
