Just finally finished the World Cup article ed1. Sorry for the late delay. Just wanted to tell you it was one of your better ones. A right cracker altogether. Really really enjoyed it all the way through from the insanity of the "qualifiers" to the "predictable" final and what occurred after. If anyone missed it I would recommend you take a few moments and learn how far the game has come since the 50's. Cheers mate. Just fantastic.

I think if qualification back then was the norm for now Ireland would finally start qualifying. “You lost all your games? - screw it, you can come anyway”.

The FAI are the masters of screw ups. all The want os a free holiday and a massive p. up. Keane was right about them then and he's still right today.
