Hi eds,

What's your thoughts on ever benaga of sevilla.

He is available in a free?

If we moved the likes of Allen on could he be an option?

My feeling is let Allen go and replace him with benaga and grujic

So our cms would be hendo, can grujic, Lucas and Stewart.

I would consider Milner to play more advanced.

So do you think banega should be an option and are we looking at him.

{Ed002's Note - No. This should really go to the European pages.

Although enquiries have been made by Milan, Lazio, Roma, Inter and Juventus, Sevilla offered Ever Benega a new contract which they believed he had already verbally agreed to sign but it came to nothing. However, both Milan sides remain very keen but neither are in a position to do anything without sales. Inter will try and work a deal out for the summer and they believe that is very possible - Sevilla know that and have started looking for a replacement with Dani Parejo top of their list.}

Thanks for the reply ed. did hear the mancs were intrested.

I believe we need a midfielder that can control the tempo of a game with the ability to pick passes.

While I accept you say banega is not someone were looking at, do you think this type of midfielder is what we will be looking to bring in. As Joe Allen was bought for this purpose but simply has failed. Or has grujic been bought for this purpose.

{Ed002's Note - As I have previously Liverpool have continued to look at midfield players but much will depend on who will leave in the summer. Grujic arrives on a very high salary and with certain assurances which other interested clubs would give him meaning that there won't be a loan and he will get an opportunity in the first team.}

Eds from what I've seen of him he looks more than ready to comme straight into the team. Would you agree?

Him alongside Can or Hendo would be good imo.

{Ed002's Note - Chelsea did not think so and have another progressing ahead of him - hence he wasn't interested in a loan and Chelsea would not give commitments - certainly not to a teenager. Perhaps he will be OK to walk in to the Liverpool team.}

To be fair Ed he would probably walk in to Chelsea's team at the moment. They obviously said that before their players imploded this season. I'd be happy to see him given a go. He looks strong, athletic, can win a header and pick a pass. Don't think he'll be first pick straight away but he certainly has bags of potential.

{Ed002's Note - No, as I said Chelsea have a similar player ahead of him and were planning to send him on loan. Also, Chelsea do not give commitments to teenagers like Liverpool has done nor would they pay the very large wages Liverpool are paying for him. He is a good player and much is expected.}
