Looking like Connor Gallagher is to be made available by Chelsea! I would be happy if we took a punt on him. Great energy has a goal in him and loved his pressing and nicking the ball when at palace! Any chance on this one Ed’s?

I don’t think he would fit into the ‘right player at the right price’ category. As was discussed on here yesterday we would be better served spending on one or two potential starters in the midfield, rather than use the money on squad members who wouldn’t be regular starters. If we did it would potentially be a lose / lose situation - no new starters and the money needed to get the new starters not there because we padded out the squad.

Just because he'd be better than keita or ox doesn't mean we go and spunk money on him. No better than Curtis Jones. I've never seen him do much when I've watched him for Chelsea. surprised they even got him back.

Magico watch him played the season before at Palace, plenty on show he'd be cheaper than what Gakpo and for us only have a budget for 1 player is embarrassing.

He has energy, he presses, he scores and regularly available so better than the 3 I mentioned.
