Would love him at Liverpool, obviously, but all the talk of it has become tiresome now. If we get him, brilliant - if we don't, I'm sure we'll still get some very good quality players in.

What worries me even more than the possibility of not getting Jude. (I don’t think we will without UCL football)
What worries me is the drop off in quality when we see the alternatives!

I would put all hopes of signing Bellingham out of your heads and listen to what Ed002 is actually saying. I would severely doubt, a team not in the champions league will be able to afford him, nor will he want to come and play here. There is no guarantee when we will get back into the champs league either. Based on what we have seen this season, and some of the transfer gambled which have backfired, it might be a few seasons before we are back. I think we need to look at more realistic targets, maybe a few wolves players and some championship youth with potential. We’ll have to cut our cloth accordingly. I doubt even Brighton players would want to come here considering they are currently a much better side than us. It might be a long and frustrating summer for transfers, but I would draw the line over Bellingham now. It’s click bait and logically will not happen. Klopp’s or the clubs, decision not to reinforce in the summer backfired and has left us where we are now, that and our top players consistently underperforming and still getting picked every week, which tells me our squad isn’t good enough or Klopp has no faith in it.

No way will Liverpool look to Wolves or Championship players. With so many teams having great teams now you will need to have quality players now not in 2/ 3 years.
