Pray for Ed025 lads.

Everton have been flirting with disaster for a while, seems only fair to go all the way now.

Not looking good. No goals scored two home defeats. They have a couple of games they need to be winning in the next month. Feeling for Ed for sure.

I truly feel for Ed25
This could be the season that Everton go down. Personally, I want them to stay up, for Ed25 and the city of Liverpool.

I for one, will be praying for Everton, which by default will include the best Ed of them all.

{Ed025's Note - you may need to get to church very quickly JLCBM, we cant buy a point or even a goal for love nor money mate, long season ahead for us i feel, cheers my friend..

Honestly if it was a toss-up between getting relegated and having to put up with Sean Dyche football and finishing 17th every year I’d rather just rip the plaster off and go down.

{Ed025's Note - its different when its your team thomas, Dyche is not the problem mate..

I agree with Dyche not being the problem mate but I don’t think he’s the solution either. I don’t really know what I’d suggest though, probably too risky to replace him at the moment.

I would bring back big dunc and get him to be player manager. He'd sort that team out and chip in more goals than your forward line, even at his age. People say it's not down to Duche, but who is it down to? I don't think he's doing you any favours.

I’m sure Ed0025 will correct me but the irony is I think Everton are probably playing better football so far this year. They just can’t take their chances.

Wasted glorious opportunities in the games so far this season.

Which is either a) a good thing cos if the goals come they will be absolutely fine or b) the finishing doesn’t improve and they don’t keep creating chances in which case it really is auf wiedersehen.

{Ed025's Note - against Fulham and Wolves we played decent imo Wassa, but as you say we wont win games if we dont score, if we can get Beto in or someone similar hopefully our fortunes will change mate, but it is not something i would put much money on..

I’d bring back big Dunc and play him up front. Couldn’t do any worse.

Chin up 025.
I've been ripping the mickey out of the few bloos I know, but it's all good natured stuff. I can see how utterly miserable they are and I know you'll be feeling the same.
Don't let it drag your weekend down mate.

{Ed025's Note - my chin is always up Flash, its only football mate, 22 overpaid prima-donna,s kicking a pigs bladder about for 90 minutes does not make them the be all and end all, and things can turn around very quickly in football, a couple of wins and we could be climbing the table and have our supporters singing that we are " the greatest football team the world has ever seen".. :)

Poor old Ed, the Everton Tom Cruise.
I won't say it's quite Mission Impossible just yet but your mission Ed, should you choose to accept it, is to enjoy the football season 23/ 24.
This post will self destruct in 30 seconds.

{Ed025's Note - love it Juicer, our players are self destructing at the minute mate, but if you dont have hope what do you have?...probably an Everton scarf.. :)

Personally, I generally want Everton to stay up but like Leeds they have been badly mismanaged for a long time. I question spending your resources on non first team players - a blind man can see u need a striker as you can't rely on DCL. They should have sold pickford and possibly oanna to raise funds for players to make an immediate impact. they have actually played ok in the 2 home games . and a player who can put the ball in net would have made a difference.

{Ed025's Note - its a tough call if you decide to sell your best players (allegedly) Ben, supporters would not be happy with that i believe mate, we are very short of goals and confidence but i still think we have time to turn things around, with a new CF and the return of McNeil, Harrison and DCL you never know...things might just change ..

OK ed025 spoken like a true loser! Is this the end for Everton.

{Ed025's Note - only you and your friend Laurel would believe that mate.. :)

I think if Everton get beaten by Sheffield United next week that's Dyche done as manager of the club. You can't play 4 games, not win any including losing to a Wolves team who are odds on to go down after a disasterous summer, loosing all thier best players, not recruiting any decent replacements and having your manager walking out. Then loose to another team who are odds on to go down. They really need ot dog a result out next week.

{Ed025's Note - quite a few agree with you KK, but they are the ones that married the first girl the kissed mate, those with experience know how hard the Everton job is and i personally hope we give him time..

I’d say Luton and probably Sheffield United will finish below Everton. What they need is to finish above one more club - which might not be as easy as it sounds - and hope the FA don’t rock up before next May with a points deduction.

Moshiri is killing the club, very slowly.

26 Aug 2023 23:05:09
Have Everton got the finances to sack Dyche and get someone else in?

{Ed025's Note - i doubt it Flash, but who would take the job anyway mate?, no money to spend, an owner and chairman who have not got a scooby, FFP breach hanging over them, bottom of the league and a toxic atmosphere, its hardly likely to attract anyone decent now is it?..

16.) 27 Aug 2023
27 Aug 2023 04:26:48
Dyche will turn this around and they’ll stay up, I’ve no doubt in my mind.
Both Merseyside teams need a decent centre forward who can score goals.

{Ed025's Note - i dont see a problem with liverpool scoring Ron, you have players all along that front line who will score goals mate, i feel its at the other end of the pitch where your problems lie..

17.) 27 Aug 2023
27 Aug 2023 07:53:30
Ron, Liverpool need a decent CF? Do me a favour.

18.) 27 Aug 2023
27 Aug 2023 09:13:57
Who is our decent CF then?

We have no-one through the middle:

Nunez = Andy Carroll (he can’t score)
Gakpo = winger
Jota = injury has finished him

So who is it?

27 Aug 2023 09:35:21
Ed25, I thought the Doucoure goal should have stood. IMO, it was way too close to call when I saw it and if it is that close, the VAR should let the ruling on the pitch stand. Just my take.

{Ed025's Note - i think we all know my feelings on VAR Oli, its a joke mate..

20.) 27 Aug 2023
27 Aug 2023 13:00:42
Don’t think Gakpo will play too much on the wing Ron and for the life of me I don’t understand how Jota is finished? 8 goals and 4 assists in his last 11 PL would suggest otherwise ?‍♂️.

Ron, think you had a mare there. Nunez was great today.

Dyche mightnt be the problem but he's also not the answer imo
