Eds, just wondering with all the arse ache of endlessly being asked the same questions and everything else that comes with deadline day do you guys enjoy it as much as we all do (better than Christmas eve) or do you just hope to get through it with your brains intact?

{Ed001's Note - depends really, mostly the latter as it comes on the end of a few incredibly busy days, meaning sleep has been in short supply. But sometimes it can be a fantastic fun day, with all the editors on our widget passing on info and taking the mick out of each other. Though our Leeds editor is currently sat in the corner with his arms round his knees crying, bless him.}

this could be an exciting summer for us, a host of potential fresh faces and a whole season ahead of us to hopefully build on what was an improved second half to the season. I feel as though the club is moving in direction. I doubt that we will be able to secure champions league this season but i'm looking forward to watching us play some thrilling attacking football as we saw in flashes last season. Reina sounds like he wants to leave and there has been rumblings to this affect for a few years now. his heart is not in it anymore and I think it has shown in his performances, let him go, bring in a new enthusiastic keeper. it could make the world of difference if we get the right guy. Suarez. well he clearly wants to leave although I don't believe it because of the media as he claims, more that he wants champions league but the media is an easy scapegoat for him. when players from other teams have tried to force moves away (tevez three times for example) i've always said get rid! no player bigger than club, the cheeky so and so etc. bit different now its our world class talent, but though I didn't want to see it at the time he has shamed our club on a number of occasions and disgraced himself. he did this while he was happy. what's he going to be like if he stays? better to just part ways and move on. when owen left we worried about what would happen, same when torres left. whatever happens as long as the club has made signings to cover playerrs that have left I believe we're going to be in for a hell of an interesting season.
