Mmmmmm.
Let's get it out of the way, we looked pretty bad tonight.
It's not time to slag off every player though.
Sometimes you just hold your hands up and accept that you were, very much, second best.
So Gerard was too slow. yes. But they made him look slow.
Flanagan out of his depth. Yes. They made him look out of his depth.
It was their night and let's just accept it.

Just confirms everything that has been said before.
Liverpool will pay the price over and over again if they fail to put games to bed.
We also need more strength in depth as some of the more fringe players are not up to standard at this time.
I feel laziness played its part here also.
We need to improve, simply not good enough.

I will be diplomatic as we appear to have a calmer site these days.
Lets just say that the Liverpool players are not over committing with effort as they wish to stay fresh for Stoke.
If I was less diplomatic I may have said can I have my £12 back that I have spent on BT sport today to watch this.
