Loic Remy is a possibility to help fill the void if Suarez goes. Would be available for around 8 million pounds and his wages would be within our structure. Proven quality, versatile forward can play as the main striker, second striker, or even a wide forward. Exactly the type of player Rodgers likes and will no doubt be looking to play in the premiership rather than the championship. With sturridge and Borini both prone to injury this would be an excellent coup.

The following deals are likely to be done by the end of the week or early next week:
Mkhitaryan - 25 million �
Alberto - 8 million �
Mignolet - 10 million �
Atsu - 4 million �
Aspas is done but there are a few issues that need to be resolved concerning the player's representation.
Ilori and Papodopolous are still being targeted but their respective clubs are trying to get more money than we are willing to give. Negotiations will continue and the club are hopeful of a resolution.
If Suarez goes a "big name" striker may be brought in but only if the deal makes sense for the club. The owners are weary of spending big on overpriced players but are fully backing Rodgers after the success of coutinho and sturridge.
Having Allen and Borini will be like having two new signings as well. both had sub par first seasons with us but I think a lot of people forget the potential these two have.
Looking forward to next season and can't wait to see how the new players gel with the current squad. Very exciting times ahead!
