Any news on signing a new keeper , or is Rodgers sticking with the calamitous mignolet ? Would have liked to have seen us go for begovic, krul or schmeichel

None of those goalkeepers are a significant improvement on Migs.

Agree Boom except for Begovic I do feel he would be an upgrade. Had we not gone for Bogdan and focused on a new no.1 who would you have liked us to sign Boom?

I'd have gone for Cech but admit there was little chance of getting him this summer without CL and his family are settled in London I guess.

Lloris would be great but little to no chance of him either.

Don't know enough about any of the German keepers that get mentioned to know whether any of them would be suitable or gettable.

I thought Rob Green did well last season (loads of practice, mind) and he would have been more likely to push Migs than Bogdan I thought. But his wages, age and fee = FSG non starter.

I would have liked to see interest in Bernd Leno or Loris Karius TBH Bogdan seems an emergency 3rd choice for me, he isn't going to push Migs

Begovic would have been just as achievable as Rob Green Boom and a much better goalkeeper.
