with Reina and Caroll gone and Suarez, Skrtel, Assaidi and maybe Downing leaving does that mean LFC is trying to get rid of the big earners and force new salary rules.
For example Spurs have a wage limit, you can't earn more than 100k(or something like that) a week(except Bale)
